I am primarily an immigration lawyer, and an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist, with over 25 years’ experience in all areas of immigration law ranging from strategic to corporate immigration projects to acting for individuals to judicial and merits review of administrative decisions for the former Australian Department of Immigration (now Home Affairs) having worked for a number of medium and global high profile law firms and in the global mobility space.
Over the years, I have undertaken complex immigration related projects and activities across various jurisdictions, particularly within the Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region across organisations of all sizes and industries ranging from large financial institutions to professional services, IT, universities, etc. In addition, as an example, I managed over 1,000 visas across 30 jurisdictions within APME over an 18-month pilot project as part of implementation and transition of HR services from Europe to Malaysia for a large multinational oil and gas company.
